About Dr. S. Rajoo Krishnan

After initial schooling at Govt Boys High School Chengannur and then at Sainik School, Kazhakottam, Dr.S.Rajoo Krishnan completed his Under Graduate Programme from Christian College, Chengannur and Post Graduation from Department of Statistics, University of Kerala. After PG, he joined as a faculty in Statistics at Christian College, Chengannur and later moved to DB Pamba College, Mannar before joining Government Service. Dr.S.Rajoo Krishnan worked in various Government Colleges at Kasaragod, Kottayam, Thiruvananathapuram and Kanjiramkulam as Assistant/Associate Professor. He also worked as Principal, at Govt College, Kanjiramkulam and University College, Trivandrum. He retired as the Deputy Director of Collegiate Education, Govt of Kerala.

During his career, he worked as Joint Commissioner (Academic) for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala for four years and held the charge of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations from August 2005 to January, 2006. Dr. S. Rajoo Krishnan was the he convener of the Normalisation Committee appointed by the Kerala government, for preparing a methodology for Normalization of marks of qualifying examinations of different Boards of study for preparation of rank list of Engineering admissions, Kerala. He also worked as Office on Special Duty, New Initiatives in Higher Education, State Coordinator (Colleges) of Additional Skills Acquisition Programme (ASAP).
